Policy
KDventures places great importance on being a responsible company towards our employees, our portfolio companies and the world around us. Below are examples of how we work with this through our policy on equality and equal treatment, our environmental policy and our code of ethics.
KDventures policy on equality and equal treatment
1. Introduction
This policy was adopted by the Board of KDventures on 2022-06-16. The policy shall be reviewed annually in accordance with the provisions of the rules of procedure and amended if necessary. The policy shall be available on the company's website.
2. KDventures' fundamental view is the equal value of all people.
KDventures shall counteract direct discrimination, indirect discrimination and harassment on the grounds of age, sex, gender identity or expression, ethnic origin, religion or other belief, sexual orientation and disability. No employee or applicant for employment shall be discriminated against or feel harassed as a result of these factors. KDventures shall make use of the opportunities that follow from increased diversity.
3. Responsibility
Responsibility for equality and equal treatment lies with all employees within KDventures. All employees are responsible for actively promoting and contributing to a corporate culture that is inclusive, equal and impartial. Each manager is responsible for introducing the policy to new employees and for ensuring that each employee complies with it. Reports of discrimination are handled by the General Counsel. KDventures shall ensure that there is documentation of measures taken in cases of discrimination.
4. KDventures' portfolio companies
KDventures shall, to the extent possible, ensure that its portfolio companies apply the rules set out above.
