Extraordinary General Meeting

The current Articles of Association were adopted at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 8 January 2026.

The object of the Company’s business shall be to provide administrative services in the areas of financial administration, legal services, corporate management and personnel administration; to provide consultancy in medical development and clinical trials; to own and manage shares and participations within the fields of medicine, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical technology; and to carry on activities compatible therewith.
