Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting consists of:

• Jack Li, appointed by invoX Pharma Ltd
• Anders Hallberg, appointed by Anders Hallberg
• Jan Dworsky, appointed by the Swedbank Robur Microcap fund
• Hans Wigzell, appointed by the Fundraising Foundation for the Promotion and Development of Medical Research at KI
• Peter Markborn, appointed by Styviken Invest AS

Proposals to the Nomination Committee may be sent to the company's General Counsel, Johan Dighed, johan.dighed@kd-ventures.com, no later than 4 March 2026.

In connection with the rights issue carried out in January 2026, Yan Cheng (appointed by Worldwide International Investments Ltd) left the Nomination Committee and was replaced by Anders Hallberg.
