Corporate governance

KDventures is a public limited company with its registered office in the municipality of Solna. Corporate governance in KDventures is based on applicable law (such as the Swedish Companies Act) and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the Code).

The shareholders’ right to decide on the company’s affairs is exercised at the general meeting.

The company’s board of directors has overall responsibility for the business. The board is responsible for the management of the company in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, but its work is also governed by the Code and by the rules of procedure adopted annually by the board. The rules of procedure set out the allocation of the board’s work between the board and any committees established by the board, as well as between the board and the managing director.
